Services
Bylaw study and Planning
Project planning involves detailed analysis and overview of the entire process. This includes zoning by-law requirements, the scope of the project, project estimate, timeline, specifications and measurements, and additional documentation.
Design
Once the analysis of the planning stage is completed and finalized, the Design phase can begin.
Upon confirmation, the plan will be forwarded to engineers for the structural and HVAC layout.
A detailed project budget and construction management model will be established to track all spending and to provide variance analysis during construction.
We are OAA members and BCIN certified. Our designers hold Master’s Degrees in Architecture and Project Management. We also work with licensed land surveyors and engineers to ensure our design phase is a one stop service.

We report monthly and quarterly rolling forecast, annual budgeting, variance analyses which are commonly used in the corporate planning and reporting processes.
We don’t care if you are a CEO of public company or a self-employed business owner, our process is tailored as needed to ensure maximum comfortability.
Site managers are also guaranteed to visit each job on daily basis to ensure timely and accurate information is being consolidated for reporting to our clients.

Rex Jin – President, CPA, CGA
Coming off the heels of the highly successful custom home company ProHome, founder by Rex Jin sought out to create a new brand where the art of design and the precision of expert craftsmanship intersect, thus ProHome Consulting was born. He understood that building custom luxury homes was more than just a transactional process, but one of collaboration, empathy and understanding.
Laila Fatemi – Master Architect
Worked for many well recognized architectural design firms, Laila has gained a unique understanding of the design and build of luxury custom homes. She starts the design by deeply understanding the customers’ vision and developing innovative, value-adding ideas that add a sense of luxuries dwelling in each way.
In addition to designing the plan and elevation renderings, Laila uses her rich experience to create original sparks. She speaks fluent Persian and French. She holds a master’s degree in Architecture Engineering from Mashhad Azad University in Iran and has studied Architecture at the University of Montreal.
Vincent Emami – Master Architect, BCIN, OAA
Vincent, the captain of projects, has over a decade of profound experience in architecture. He has had managed numerous residential, institutional, and commercial projects throughout Canada and Iran. He is currently undertaking projects that include various luxuries, custom-built dwellings in several high demand locations – Willowdale, Toronto, Markham, Richmond, and Unionville.
Vincent is equipped with highly professional specialized knowledge of different types of complex projects and has consistently worked with community and local governments. Because of this, he plays an integral role in designing, producing, and managing various high-end residential projects. Vincent speaks fluent Persian, English and French. Like Laila, he also holds a master’s degree in Architecture Engineering from Mashhad Azad University in Iran.
