During the construction stage, clients will be invited to our showroom to choose exterior materials, interiors, furnishings, and accessories. Once decided upon, we provide interior and elevation renderings for our clients to better visualize their future homes.

Our licensed architectural professionals will tailor the design custom to our clients’ needs, and as such, will be given unique customized contracts and feature sheets. Each contract recipient will be allowed a ten-day period upon receipt in which to thoroughly review the purchase agreement and conditions, making it easier for the client to arrange personal details such as mortgage, potential financial assistance etc.

ProHome Consulting is glad to provide project construction management services. Our architectural professionals will conduct a robust interview to better understand your needs, from which a design Wish List is developed. The Wish List is used as a basis for the design process moving forward, ensuring the project is in-line with your vision. ProHome Consulting does not charge project management fees in the form of retainers or percentage of the total budget. Instead, our project management service fees are fixed, and the schedule is aligned with the inspection stage. You don’t pay until the inspection is passed.
